My wife and I had a trip planned for December of this year to spend 11 nights at Paradise Villas that we booked through Nellie Gomez. We have been to Ambergris Caye before and have really enjoyed ourselves. This was going to be our first stay at Paradis Villas. We unfortunately had some personal issues that arose that will prevent us from making the trip. We had given a 3 night deposit for our room. Even though the deposit was to be non-refundable, Nellie's property management refunded the deposit less a very small fee. This is the kind of customer service that keeps us returning to Ambergris Caye. We can't wait to plan our next trip there, and you can be sure we will be staying at Nellie's Paradise Villas.
