We will be down in February and are wondering if we will make the ferry over to AC if we get into Belize City at 3:45pm or so. Anyone willing to speculate how long it will take us to get to the ferry? It says the last one leaves at four, does that sound up to date?

Also, if anyone down there needs anything small that I can get in seattle and will fit in my bag, I wouldn't mind bringing it.

You should be fine. If you don't have luggage you have plenty of time to make the 4:30pm Caye Caulker Water Taxi which goes to SP. Not sure where you read it is 4pm, but it is still 4:30pm. Otherwise you could take the San Pedro Water Taxi which leaves BZE at 5:30pm direct.
